Data Processing Agreement

Where a business customer acts as controller for personal data entered into Inspect, hosted processing is limited to providing the selected survey, synchronisation, evidence, reporting, AI and security functions.

Customers remain responsible for lawful collection, instructions, retention and access management for their survey data.
