Inspect is a professional building-survey workflow, evidence, drafting and reporting tool.

Professional responsibility

The surveyor remains responsible for the inspection scope, evidence, observations, diagnoses, condition ratings, recommendations, regulatory and professional compliance, and the final report issued.

Cloud and device pairing

Where enabled, Inspect cloud synchronisation and Phone + Desktop Pairing are convenience workflows. Keep appropriate issued copies of important reports and records. Anyone with a valid pairing QR/key may be able to join that paired workspace, so keep it private and reset it if necessary.

AI

AI output is assistive draft content only and must be professionally reviewed. AI is optional and uses a bring-your-own-key model. Google Gemini is recommended and OpenAI is available as an alternative. The provider key is stored only in the user’s browser/device and is sent only when the user invokes an AI feature. Trial and one-off licence

New licence-owner accounts receive a 7-day full-access trial. Continued use after the trial requires a €249 one-off licence, activated after payment confirmation. There is no recurring subscription or annual renewal fee for that purchased Inspect product.

The one-off licence has no scheduled recurring subscription or annual renewal. It applies to the purchased Inspect product. Future Pro editions, premium feature packs or major replacement products may be offered separately. It does not guarantee perpetual availability of hosting, third-party services, AI providers, operating-system compatibility or unlimited support. Users should retain issued PDF reports and appropriate backups of important records.

Removed integrations

Inspect uses its own secure survey synchronisation and private Phone + Desktop Pairing workflow.
